1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of SnapFap at snapfap.to (the "Site"). By opening or using the Site you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If any part is unacceptable to you, please leave the Site.
2. You must be 18 or older
SnapFap shows sexually explicit material intended only for adults. To use the Site you must be 18 or older — or older, where your local age of majority is higher. By continuing you confirm that:
- you have reached the legal adult age in your location;
- adult material is lawful to view where you are;
- you are not opening the Site anywhere such content is banned; and
- you will keep the Site and its content away from anyone under 18.
Every page is labeled RTA (Restricted To Adults) so parental-control tools can detect and block it. Enable filtering on any device a minor might use.
3. What SnapFap is
SnapFap is a free, account-free feed of short adult videos ("snaps") sorted into categories. There is no registration, and the Site has no uploads, user profiles, comments, or private messaging. It exists for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment.
4. Acceptable use
You receive a limited, personal, revocable permission to view the Site as intended. You agree not to:
- scrape, crawl, mass-download, mirror, resell, or republish any content or data;
- defeat or tamper with security, access-control, or age-check measures;
- use bots or automation, or place undue load on our systems;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Site's source code; or
- use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The Site's name, design, logo, and code belong to SnapFap and are protected by law. Videos and images remain the property of their respective creators and owners and appear under the arrangements through which we obtain them. You gain no ownership by viewing. SnapFap is an independent site and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Snap Inc. or Snapchat.
6. Third-party content
Some material is aggregated from or sourced through third-party creators and platforms, which we neither control nor take responsibility for. Categories, tags, and captions aid navigation and may be produced automatically.
7. Performers
Everyone depicted in content on the Site was 18 or older when it was made. See our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.
8. Removal requests
We honor valid takedown and removal requests. To report infringement, or to ask that content featuring you be removed, read our DMCA & Content Removal policy.
9. No warranty
The Site and its content are offered "as is" and "as available", with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Liability
So far as the law allows, SnapFap and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless SnapFap and its operators against claims and costs arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
12. Updates
We may revise these Terms at any time; changes apply once posted and are reflected in the date above. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the current version.
