18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
All persons depicted in any visual portrayal of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on SnapFap (the "Site") were at least 18 years old when the depiction was created.
Producer exemption
SnapFap is not a "producer" of any content on or reachable through the Site as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. The Site's operators do not create, produce, or upload the sexually explicit material shown; SnapFap provides access and links to material made by third parties.
For content SnapFap does not produce, the record-keeping duties under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A remain with the original producers, who can be identified through the third-party sources the content comes from.
Records
Where a record-keeping duty does fall on SnapFap, the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are held by the Custodian of Records. For records inquiries, or to identify the producer of specific content, contact legal@snapfap.to.
Zero tolerance
SnapFap has zero tolerance for any content involving minors or non-consenting people. If you believe any content breaks this rule, report it at once to removals@snapfap.to and it will be removed.
