DMCA & Content Removal
SnapFap respects others' intellectual-property rights and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. We also take down content when someone who appears in it asks us to. Here's how to send a request.
Report copyright infringement
If you own a copyright (or are authorized to act for the owner) and believe material here infringes it, email our agent at dmca@snapfap.to with all of the following:
- your physical or electronic signature, or that of an authorized representative;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
- the exact SnapFap URL(s) of the material, described well enough for us to find it;
- your name, mailing address, phone number, and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
Once we receive a valid notice we will promptly remove or disable the material.
Remove content you appear in
If you feature in a video and want it removed — for any consent, privacy, or non-consensual concern — email removals@snapfap.to with a link to the content and a way to confirm your request. We handle these seriously and act fast.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you think that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@snapfap.to with your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
Where appropriate, we may limit or drop content sources that draw repeated infringement notices.
